Chew and slowly dissolve two tablets by mouth first thing in the mornings on an empty stomach at least 15 to 20 minutes before eating for best effect. Avoid taking NADH + CoQ10 with meals, as it is better absorbed when the body is in a low energy state. NADH and CoQ10 are natural coenzymes already found in the body, and are generally regarded as safe supplements, however, always consult with your physician before taking any supplement in conjunction with medication.
There are no known negative side effects to taking NADH + CoQ10, however, we have had users report that when taken at night, it keeps them up late. Vivid dreams have sometimes been reported when first starting NADH + CoQ10.

All MAAC10 products includes overages, NMN for example has 62mg per capsule which is 12mg over the advertised 50mg.
